Event information
The 7 Swans a Swimming is part of a 12 Days of Christmas race series held at Pengethley Manor, Ross-on-Wye (what3words: physical.growth.shelf). Entrants choose one target distance and have 7 hours to complete it. Each lap is 2.5 km and the course is off-road, within the manor grounds. The route includes a hill on each lap and a series of ups and downs through two vineyards. The event is described as suitable for walkers and runners. There is also a virtual option that can be completed anywhere in the world, with date flexibility for entries.

Race entry fee is listed as £29.00. Virtual UK entry is £25.00 and virtual overseas entry is £39.00. A charity entry option is available for a £10.00 fee plus booking charges, conditional on raising at least twice that fee for the nominated charity and raising funds at least four weeks before the event. Entrants collect race bibs at registration; virtual entrants receive a personalised virtual bib by email before the event. Virtual medals are the same as race medals and are posted after run verification; a free virtual option without a medal can be recorded on the results list.
