7 Swans a Swimming - Event overview
The 7 Swans a Swimming is part of a multi-day Christmas race series and takes place on 13th December 2025. The event is held at Pengethley Manor, Ross-on-Wye (what3words: physical.growth.shelf). Participants have seven hours to complete their chosen distance. The course is offroad, entirely within the grounds of Pengethley Manor, and includes a hill on each lap plus a series of ups and downs through two vineyards. The organisers describe the course as very tough. The event is open to walkers and runners. Entrants must be aged 18 or over.

Distances available:
- 5k (2 laps)
- 10k
- Half Marathon
- Marathon
- Ultra
Each lap is 2.5k in length. Race bibs are collected at registration on the day; virtual bibs are emailed after entry. Virtual participation is permitted from anywhere; verified virtual finishes can receive the same type of medal as on-site finishers. Entry fees listed are: Race Entry £29.00, Virtual UK £25.00, Virtual Overseas £39.00. All fees are non-refundable. A charity entry option is offered for £10 with a sponsorship commitment and fundraising conditions. Entries may be deferred for £15 up to four weeks before the event.
