AARC Frostbite 5-Mile Race 2026
The AARC Frostbite 5-Mile Race is scheduled for Saturday, February 21, 2026 at Wissahickon High School in Ambler, PA. The event includes in-person and virtual options and uses a certified 5 mile race course.

This is the 27th annual running of the event. The course is described as mostly flat with gently rolling hills. Registration is limited to 1,500 runners to avoid overcrowding in the high school. The race will proceed in rain, sleet, snow, or hail unless conditions make it unsafe.
Registration fees vary by date: $30 through December 31, $35 through February 1, $40 through February 19, and $45 on race day. Students 18 and under are $15 pre-registered and $20 on race day. Shirt sizes are guaranteed for registrations before February 1; registrations after February 10 are not guaranteed a shirt. No refunds are offered.
Packet pickup is at Born To Run, 1005 N. Bethlehem Pike, Spring House 19477, on Wednesday February 18, Thursday February 19, and Friday February 20 from 10 AM to 6 PM. Age group awards are given to the top three male and female finishers in each category, from 14 and under through 80 and over. Proceeds and donations for the 2025 races will be shared by local charities selected by AARC members. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
