9/11 Memorial 5K - Middletown Township

The 4th Annual 9/11 Memorial 5K, hosted by the Middletown PBA Local 124, takes place at the Middletown Train Station in Middletown, NJ. The event includes a 5K Run & Walk and a Kids’ Run (1/2 mile), plus a 5K Run/Walk & In Memory/Honor of Signs option. The USATF-certified course starts at the train station and travels 1.55 miles out and back along Middletown-Lincroft Road, with a turnaround at Thompson Middle School.

The race features official chip timing with live results, two water stations, and post-race awards. Proceeds support a memorial scholarship honoring Deputy Chief Capriotti; the Shore Athletic Club conducts the course. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
