9/11 Heroes Run
The 9/11 Heroes Run is a community running and rucking event held on 09/13/2026 at Kottmeyer Stadium in Downingtown, Pennsylvania. The event honors the heroes of 9/11 and those who have served since, and aims to activate and unite communities while supporting local veterans, active duty service members, first responders, and families of the fallen.
The event program includes the following distances:
- 5K (run and ruck)
- 1 mile (run/walk)
A rucking division is offered in partnership with GORUCK; rucking involves walking or running while carrying a weighted rucksack based on special forces training. Participants registered in the GORUCK division will receive this year’s TMF GORUCK patch.
