CVIM Presents Dr. Mary's Legacy Run
Community Volunteers in Medicine (CVIM) organizes the 3rd annual Dr. Mary's Legacy Run and Family Walk at West Goshen Community Park in West Chester, Pennsylvania on 09/12/2026. The event combines a timed 5K with a family walk and a short fun run for children, and proceeds support CVIM’s patient services.
Event options include:
- 5 km 5K Run
- Walk and Family Fun Day
- Kids Fun Run, short distance for younger children
Awards will be presented to the top three overall finishers and to the top male and female in each age group: 1-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, and 60-99. Additional recognitions include Best Costume, Largest Team, and Highest Fundraising Team. Creative costumes are encouraged but not required.
Registration fees listed by the organizer include a fee for the 5K and walk and a reduced fee for the kids run. All event costs for CVIM are covered by an anonymous friend. Proceeds will support CVIM’s work providing free, comprehensive health care to uninsured, low-income working residents in the Chester County region.
