9th Annual Live Like Lukas 5K
The Live Like Lukas 5K is an annual running and walking event held in Wilmington, Delaware. The ninth edition of this event takes place at Rockford Park, with the starting point located at the Clock Tower on Lookout Drive. All proceeds from the race are dedicated to supporting the fight against childhood cancer, providing both financial assistance to families and funding for research grants.

The course is open to runners and walkers. Participants who register for the race receive a T-shirt and have access to post-race refreshments. The event also features entertainment provided by a DJ. For those who cannot participate in the run but wish to contribute, there is an option to purchase the official event shirt separately.
Awards are presented to the overall male and female winners, as well as the top performers in the masters categories. Medals are also awarded to the top three finishers in several age groups, ranging from 9 and under to 70 and older. Additionally, the largest participating team is recognized with the Lukas Cup and a gift certificate. Bib pick-up and on-site registration are available on the morning of the event at the park.
