9 Locks 10k Summer Challenge

The 9 Locks Challenge is a point to point 10 km race along the Stourbridge Canal, scheduled for Sunday 31st May 2026. The course starts at the Bonded Warehouse (DY8 4LU) and finishes at the Waterfront in Brierley Hill (DY5 1XD). It is organised by StuWEB Race Timing in partnership with OP Events.

The route follows canal towpath and includes sections with a hint of trail. The course features a continual incline and finishes with the climb of the nine Delph Locks that give the event its name. The event uses seeded start times and chip timing, with a King of the Hill element recorded within the timing system.
