HYROX Birmingham is a multi-day fitness racing event held at the NEC in Marston Green, Birmingham. The event includes multiple competition formats across divisions: Singles, Doubles, Relay, Pro divisions and Adaptive categories. A HYROX Youngstars race for athletes aged 8 to 15 is also scheduled as part of the event.
The event package and on-site services include the HYROX finisher patch, individual finisher times with split timings for each workout, live leaderboard posting, and age group award ceremonies. Certain age groups may earn qualification slots for the World Championships. Course support comprises aid stations before, during and after competition, plus on-site spectator features such as a Thunderdome viewing area and an Entertainment Zone. Professional race photography is provided by Sportograf with photos available after the event.
Athlete registration requires physical ID at check-in; checking in on behalf of others is not permitted. Registered athletes receive an athlete wristband, venue access wristband, ankle strap with timing chip and bib number and cannot compete without these items.
Ticketing options include a Flex Lite and a Flex Add-On. Both allow name changes up to one day before an athlete’s race day. The Flex Add-On permits refunds up to 31 days before race day at 100% and up to 7 days before race day at 50%; some ticket types such as spectator tickets are not eligible for these add-ons. Transfers to other events or division changes are not offered and the Flex Add-On cannot be added after purchase.
