HYROX Birmingham : event summary
HYROX Birmingham takes place from 27 October to 1 November 2026 at the NEC in Marston Green, Birmingham. The event runs across multiple competition formats including Singles, Doubles, Relay, Adaptive and Pro divisions, and also features a HYROX Youngstars race for athletes ages 8 to 15.
Participants receive a race package that includes a finisher patch, a bib number, an ankle strap with timing chip, and wristbands for athlete and venue access. Individual results are posted live on the event leaderboard with split timings for each workout, and there are age group award ceremonies in each division. Certain age groups can earn qualification slots for the HYROX World Championships. Aid stations are provided before, during and after the course.
On-site services include a Thunderdome spectator area, an Entertainment Zone with partners, official event photography provided by Sportograf with facial recognition and images available about 48 hours after the race, and opportunities to purchase professional photos. Registration on-site opens in advance of each division; check-in requires physical photo ID and cannot be completed on behalf of another person.
Ticketing options include Flex Lite and Flex Add-On policies: both allow name changes up to one day before an athlete’s race, Flex Add-On offers refund windows up to 31 days or 7 days before race day while Flex Lite does not provide refunds. The event also supports charity entries with set fundraising commitments and lists Macmillan Cancer Support among its charity partners.
