HYROX Birmingham (NEC, Marston Green)

HYROX Birmingham takes place at the NEC in Marston Green from 27 October to 1 November 2026. The event spans six days and opens the 2026/27 season of HYROX fitness racing. Competitors can enter as Singles, Doubles or Relay teams. A youth division, HYROX Youngstars, is included for athletes ages 8 to 15 years old.

Event services and race features include athlete timing with individual finisher times and split timings, results posted on a leaderboard during competition, age group award ceremonies, and qualification slots for certain age groups for the World Championships. Aid stations are placed before, during and after the course. Spectators can view racing from the Thunderdome and there is an on-site Entertainment Zone and professional race photography.

Registration details are provisional and subject to change. Individual start times will be linked approximately three days before an athlete’s race day and start time changes are not permitted. On-site registration opens for each division 90 minutes before that division’s first start wave. Athlete check-in requires a physical copy of ID; checking in on behalf of others is not allowed. At registration athletes receive an athlete wristband, venue access wristband, ankle strap with timing chip and bib; these items are required to compete.

Flexible ticket options are available. Name changes via the HYROX account are permitted up to one day before an athlete’s race day for tickets with Flex Lite or the Flex Add-On. The Flex Add-On allows a full refund up to 31 days before race day and a 50 percent refund up to 7 days before race day; it cannot be added after initial purchase. Transfers to other events and division changes are not offered.

Official event photography is provided by Sportograf; photos are usually available about 48 hours after the race and require ticket personalisation and a selfie-based search or validation. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
