Birmingham Running Festival, 1 November 2026
The Birmingham Running Festival takes place at Sutton Park in Sutton Coldfield on 1 November 2026. The event offers multiple timed distances on roads and park paths with marked kilometres and marshals positioned around the course.
Race entries include a unique themed finisher medal, free race photos, chip timed results, post‑race goodies and a secure bag drop. Water stations are positioned around the course and a bottle of water is provided at the finish. Portable toilets are available in the event village and cycle parking is provided in the park.
The festival supports Midlands Air Ambulance Charity. Minimum ages for each distance are specified:
- 5K (minimum age 11 years)
- 10K (minimum age 15 years)
- Half Marathon (minimum age 17 years)
- Junior Race (under 11)
Transport and parking information notes several park entrances, limited on-site parking and nearby car parks within a 15-minute walk. The park is accessible on foot and by bicycle; public transport options serve central Sutton Coldfield with a short walk to the main entrance.
