The Birmingham Running Festival takes place on 1 November 2026 at Sutton Park Running Events in Sutton Coldfield, Birmingham. The event offers multiple race distances and a junior race through the park's roads and gravel paths.

The event supports Midlands Air Ambulance. Midlands Air Ambulance Charity provides pre-hospital care and lifesaving interventions using helicopter-led emergency medical services (HEMS). Each kilometre on the course is marked with distance flags and marshals are present to guide participants.
Entries include a unique themed medal, free race photos, chip-timed results, and post race goodies. An event village provides food and drink options and free items from partner organisations at the finish. Event organisers offer an optional event t-shirt at a discounted price when bought as part of entry; the t-shirt is produced with partner RT Kit and buying it is optional to reduce overall event cost.
