9 Ladies Dancing Run
9 Ladies Dancing is part of Ultra Running Limited's Christmas Series and is scheduled for 14 December 2026. The event takes place at Pengethley Manor, Ross-on-Wye (what3words: physical.growth.shelf).
Participants choose their target distance from the following options:
- 5k (2 laps)
- 10k
- Half Marathon
- Marathon
- Ultra
Each lap is 2.5 km and entrants have a maximum of 7 hours to complete their chosen distance. The event is open to walkers and runners. The course is entirely off road within the grounds of Pengethley Manor and is described as very tough; each lap includes a hill plus a series of ups and downs through two vineyards.
There is a virtual option that allows runners to complete the route anywhere in the world, preferably on the event dates, with some date flexibility. Virtual entrants receive a personalised virtual bib by email shortly after entry and virtual medals are the same type as the race medals; international posting for medals may incur an extra cost. Race bibs are collected at on-site registration.
Entry fees listed are Race Entry £29.00, Virtual UK Entry £25.00, and Virtual Overseas Entry £39.00. A charity entry option is available for £10.00 where entrants must raise at least twice the entry fee for the nominated charity and provide the funds at least four weeks before the event. All entries are non refundable. Entrants must be aged 18 or over. A deferred entry option to the next edition is available for a fee of £15 up to four weeks before the event.
