Apperley Quarter Marathon

Apperley Quarter Marathon is a community race held in Apperley, Gloucestershire, organised by Apperley Cricket Club and local volunteers. The main event is the quarter marathon, complemented by the Kiddython fun run for youngsters (about 1 km). The event embraces autumn, with a friendly village atmosphere, support from local landowners, and charitable fundraising for the Cotswold Dialysis Unit in Gloucester, plus funds for the cricket club, Deerhurst Playing Fields and a local primary school.
