5K Walk/Run 4 Autism Awareness at Eastwood MetroPark
This community event is a 5K walk and run held at Eastwood MetroPark in Dayton, Ohio to raise funds for a family grant program. The event offers in-person and virtual participation options and sells event shirts through June 3.
Participants may choose from the following distances and formats:
- 5K timed race with official timing
- 5K untimed walk, no race bib provided
- 5K virtual participation option
Race-day procedures include packet pick up, parking directed by volunteers, and a grab-and-go post-race food and resource fair. Results are posted on the Key Sports timing website and there is an option to connect a Twitter account for result sharing.
Registration fees listed through race day are $35 for adults and $25 for participants 17 and under. Transfers to another participant are permitted through March 26. The event has a no-refund policy and race items will not be mailed. Organizers reserve the right to reschedule, cancel, or convert the event to virtual for reasons including weather, public safety, or public health guidance.
