About the Event
This is a 5K Walk/Run for Autism Awareness held annually. The event supports a family grant program, with all proceeds used to fund it. It is organized at a new location, Eastwood MetroPark in Dayton, Ohio, using the main entrance.
Race Options
Participants can choose from three options: a timed 5K run, an untimed 5K walk, or a virtual 5K.
Schedule & Logistics
The event takes place on Saturday, June 13th. Race day packet pickup is from 8:30 AM to 9:45 AM. The timed 5K run starts at 10:00 AM, followed shortly after by the start of the untimed 5K walk. An approximate 20-minute-per-mile pace is adhered to for walkers, and all participants must finish by 11:15 AM.
Registration & Fees
Registration is open through race day. The fee is $35 for adults and $25 for participants aged 17 and under. Event t-shirts are available for order through June 3rd.
Post-Race
Post-race food and a resource fair will be available in a grab-and-go format. Results are provided by Key Sports and will post online when participants finish.
Policies
There are no refunds offered for any reason, and race items will not be mailed. In case of cancellation due to weather or other safety concerns, the event may be rescheduled, canceled, or converted to a virtual race.
