Strawberry Classic 5k/10k
The Strawberry Classic takes place in Troy, Ohio on Saturday June 6, 2026. The event includes three runs held on paved trails along the river and around Duke Park, with the start at Community Park across from Hobart Arena. Parking is available in the Hobart Lot next to Hobart Arena.

All 5k and 10k finishers receive a custom finisher's medal. Shortcake Fun Run finishers receive a ribbon. After the races, participants are given a strawberry donut that is a staple of the Strawberry Festival.
Prize money is offered for top finishers in the 10k and 5k by gender: 10k first through third place awards are $100, $50, and $25 respectively, and 5k first and second place awards are $50 and $25 respectively. Entry fees for the 5k and 10k are $35 each and include a tech shirt while supplies last. Entry for the 1k Shortcake Fun Run is $10 and includes a ribbon at the finish.
No processing fees or taxes are added to the entry fee. Early packet pickup is scheduled Friday June 6 at Up and Running Troy from 3:00 to 6:00pm. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
