Event overview
The lululemon Run With the Roses 5K is a 5K road race held in Pasadena, CA on December 31, 2025. The course runs along the Rose Parade route. The event includes a timed challenge called Beat the Countdown that asks participants to complete the 5K in under 20 minutes; eligibility for that challenge requires validation from past race data and entrants must select the Beat the Countdown start group during registration. Awards are provided for both the Beat the Countdown challenge and the general start.
Logistics and services
Bib pickup is at a lululemon Run with the Roses pop-up (address coming soon) with these hours: December 27 (10:00 am - 8:00 pm), December 28 (11:00 am - 7:00 pm), December 29 (10:00 am - 8:00 pm), December 30 (10:00 am - 8:00 pm), and December 31 (10:00 am - 9:00 pm). Participants must present ID at bib pickup to receive a 21+ wristband for alcoholic beverages; a non-alcoholic option is available. Registration is non-refundable. Transfers are allowed through Race Roster for a $5 USD fee; arranging any exchange of the original registration fee is the participants' responsibility. The course time limit is one hour after the final participant crosses the start line. Guests must be 13 or older to participate.
Additional notes
A pop-up shop will offer limited edition lululemon x Tournament of Roses product and gear customization. The event’s social impact partner is the organization It's Bigger Than Us, which focuses on community relief and recovery programs. Parking and rideshare drop are located at Paseo Colorado Parking Garage (155 E Green St). Volunteers receive a 25% discount at the pop-up shop or in-store at the Pasadena lululemon.
