Event overview
The lululemon Run With the Roses is a 5K road run held on December 31, 2025, in Pasadena, CA. The course follows the Rose Parade route through Pasadena. The event is described as drawing a couple thousand participants and includes post-race festivities and a custom finishers medal for all finishers.
Race format and entries
The event offers a special challenge called Beat the Countdown, which requires validation of a prior race result showing a 5K time under 20 minutes. Participants who qualify must select the Beat the Countdown start group during registration. Awards are provided for both the Beat the Countdown challenge and the general start. Registration is non-refundable. Transfers to another participant are allowed through Race Roster and incur a $5 USD fee; the individuals arranging the transfer are responsible for any exchange of registration fees.
Logistics and policies
Bib pick up is at the lululemon Run with the Roses Pop Up; the pop-up address is listed as coming soon. Bib pick up hours are provided for December 27–31. Participants must bring photo ID to receive a 21+ wristband for any alcoholic post-race beverage; non-alcoholic alternatives are available. The course time limit is one hour after the final participant crosses the start line. Animals are not allowed on the course except certified service animals. Parking and rideshare drop are located at Paseo Colorado Parking Garage (155 E Green St).
