Miles for Migraine - Los Angeles 2025 is the 8th annual event on Saturday, November 22, 2025, at Woodley Park in Van Nuys, Los Angeles. The event is a fundraiser for migraine and headache awareness, treatment and research. The day includes speakers and a festival area with sponsors. All walk and run finishers receive a finisher medal and the 5K run is professionally timed. Packet pick-up is available at the event site on November 22.

Registration, fundraising and awards
The event offers in-person and virtual registration options, including a virtual participant option that includes a participant shirt and an optional mailed swag bag for an extra charge. A 2 mile untimed walk and onsite relaxation activities are offered at no cost. Funds raised benefit Miles for Migraine free programs and services and the USC Keck Headache Center to support local migraine research and fellowship training programs. Awards and recognition include top individual and team fundraising categories, a caregiver appreciation nomination, and race awards such as overall and age-group placements.
