Harvest Hustle - Lake View Terrace
The Harvest Hustle at Hansen Dam Recreation Area is a community running event offering three distances: 5K, 10K, and a half marathon (13.1 miles). The courses use measured loops: the 5K route is run once for the 5K and twice for the 10K; the half marathon repeats a 4.4-mile loop three times. All courses are out-and-back and are not closed to other park users.
Race operations include bib pick-up at the start area and a staffed registration tent with gear check for personal items; athletes are asked to bring their own bag. Multiple free parking lots are available near the start location at 11770 Foothill Blvd, Lake View Terrace, CA.
On-course support includes clear course markings and two water stations along the routes. All finishers receive a race medal, and overall first place medals are awarded to the top male and female in each distance. Results and race photos are distributed after the event, and race photos are provided free of charge.
