5K-DEN is the 13th annual charity run held at the Sullivan Fairgrounds in Sullivan, Missouri. The event benefits children and their families by helping with medical and travel expenses; beneficiaries include children with leukemia and tuberous sclerosis complex.

Distances offered:

5K: Timed run; includes a race shirt.
1 Mile: Untimed fun run/walk; includes a shirt.
Virtual: Remote participation; fee includes shirt shipping.

Packet pickup is scheduled the day before at the Sullivan Fairgrounds Pavilion and also on race morning. Awards are given to the top male and female overall finishers, the top two male and female finishers in each age group, and to the largest team. Age groups are 14 and under, 15 to 19, 20 to 29, 30 to 39, 40 to 49, 50 to 59, and 60 and over.
