Whistler Blackcomb - 5 Peaks Trail Running
This event is part of the BC 5 Peaks Trail Running Series. Access to the course is by gondola to Blackcomb, including the Peak to Peak Gondola between Whistler and Blackcomb. Gondola tickets are not included with registration; a limited number of discounted tickets are available through Race Roster.
The courses run on alpine terrain through meadows, past alpine lakes and across boulder fields. The event is cup-free: water and an electrolyte drink are provided at the start, finish and at one or more aid stations. Participants planning efforts longer than one hour should carry a container for fluids and calories. Blonyx Hydra+ is the on-course electrolyte beverage for this event.

- 1 km Kid's Run
- 3 km Kid's Run
- 7 km Sport Run or Hike
- 11 km Enduro Run or Hike
- 12.5 km Grit Run
The hiking division is non-competitive, led by pace leaders and intended for participants who will walk the entire Sport or Enduro course; estimated finish times are 2 hours for the Sport and 3 hours for the Enduro. Awards are given to the top three finishers in each gender and age category for each timed distance; all swag and awards must be collected at the event. Washrooms are at Rendezvous Lodge.
