Overview
Run Comfy Numb Trail Race 2026 takes place on May 30, 2026 in Whistler, British Columbia. The event is organized by a local events company and is based at Spruce Grove Park on Kirkpatrick Way. The race offers two main distance options and runs on a point-to-point trail route that has operated since 2004.

Course
The route is nearly all singletrack and follows the Comfortably Numb trail, a long point-to-point trail in the Whistler valley. The trail includes sustained climbs and descents and sections described as black-diamond technical terrain with rock rolls, roots, and wooden bridge work. The route has changed slightly over time but remains a long point-to-point trail in the valley.
Entry, services and prizes
Entry includes a 5-panel run cap, a unique finishers medal, a giant Moguls cookie, and food and beverage items after the race. 50K entrants receive additional swag and a custom pint glass. The race offers chip timing (new for 2026), shuttle bus service to the start, professional medical support, and post-race recovery services including ice baths and manual therapy (new for 2026). Prize purses are offered for overall finishers in both distances and for masters (50+); cash bonuses are available for course records. Registration rules note no refunds or deferrals except via optional refund protection, and entries can be transferred to another person for an administrative fee by the stated deadline.
