5 Golden Rings Run : event details
The 5 Golden Rings Run takes place on 11th December 2025 as part of a 12 Days of Christmas race series. The event is held at Pengethley Manor, Ross-on-Wye (what3words: physical.growth.shelf). The organiser describes the course as off-road and very tough, with a hill on each lap and a series of up-and-down sections through two vineyards. Entrants have a time limit of seven hours to complete their chosen distance. The event is open to walkers and runners.

Each lap is 2.5 km in length. Race bibs are collected at registration on the day; virtual bibs are emailed to entrants after entry. Virtual participation is allowed anywhere in the world, with date flexibility for entries. Paid virtual entrants receive the same type of medal as race finishers once their run is verified; free virtual participation via the organiser’s Strava group is recorded on results but does not include a medal. Entry fees shown include Race Entry £29.00, Virtual UK Entry £25.00, and Virtual Overseas Entry £39.00. A charity entry option is available with specific fundraising conditions.
