The 285 Turkey Trot - 2025 takes place on Saturday, November 22, 2025, in Bailey, Colorado at Tomahawk Ranch (2113 CR-43, Bailey, CO 80421). The event offers multiple entry options:
- 1k Kids Walk/Run (11 and under)
- 5k Run/Walk
- 10k Run/Walk
- Virtual 5k division
All in-person participants receive a finishers' award, a 2025 Turkey Trot themed technical race shirt, and a goodie bag from sponsors. The race includes a post-race expo with sponsor booths and a race-day raffle.
Additional information
The 285 Turkey Trot is organized in 2025 by CRATES Colorado, a new local event services business that provides race timing, course set-up and event planning. Historically the event has supported local high school athletics; for 2025 the organizers will donate 10% of race profits and 100% of donations collected via the event donation tab to Evergreen High School Athletics. The 2024 edition included a long-sleeve technical shirt made from a 50/50 polyester/cotton blend and a photo gallery from that year is available.
