EAPL Zombie Run 5K
The EAPL Zombie Run 5K is the 12th annual event to raise money for the Evergreen Animal Protective League. It takes place in Evergreen, Colorado, in the mountains west of Denver at 32003 Ellingwood Trail.
The course begins and ends at the Buchanan Rec Center Ball Fields and meanders through the walking trails in the Bergen Park area of Evergreen. The event offers a 5K distance and a multi-entry 4 pack option as part of its registration structure. Children 12 and under receive a 50% discount at checkout.
Post-race activities include refreshments, music, and a costume contest for runners and pets. Day-of registration and packet pickup are available at the Buchanan Rec Center Ball Field, and additional parking is provided at the RTD lot on the corner of Hwy 74 and County Road 65 at 1287 County Hwy 65 in Evergreen. Online registration is available through the day before the event.
