EAPL Zombie Run 5K
The EAPL Zombie Run 5K takes place on Sunday, October 25, 2026, in Evergreen, Colorado. This is the 12th annual event held to raise funds for the Evergreen Animal Protective League. The entry distance is 5K and the course begins and ends at Buchanan Recreation Center Ball Fields.
The route travels through the Bergen Park area and uses walking trails in the mountains west of Denver. Post-race activities include refreshments, music, and a costume contest for both runners and pets. A course map is provided by the organizers.
Registration options and fees are listed for different participant types. Advance individual registration is priced at $30 through 10/23/2026. A reduced fee of $15 applies for children 12 and under and includes a t-shirt through 10/23/2026. A 4-pack entry option is available at $100 through 10/23/2026. Race day registration is listed at $40. There is also an option to make a donation to the Evergreen Animal Protective League separate from event entry.
Day-of packet pickup and on-site registration occur at the event location. Additional parking is noted at the RTD lot on County Highway 65 in Evergreen.
