The 1in5k Dyslexia Dash is a community running event held at Freestone District Park in Gilbert, Arizona. Virtual registrations are restricted to U.S. addresses and virtual packets are mailed after the event. The 5K is chip timed with real time results and event photos available online. Male and female age-group awards are given to the top three finishers in each age group for the 5K.
The event is managed by StartLine Racing. Race policies note that wheelchairs, strollers, and wagons are welcome but must start at the back of the pack; bicycles, roller blades, skateboards, and motorized devices are not allowed on the course.
