Tunnel to Towers 5K Run & Walk - Tempe, AZ
The event is a community 5K (3.1 miles) run and walk on 09/13/2026 at 80 W. Rio Salado Parkway in Tempe, AZ. The 5K is a timed event with chip timing and race bibs; participants are asked to display their bib on the front of their outermost garment. Registration includes a T2T run shirt and a race bib unless a specific registration option states no shirt. Multiple registration categories are listed with differing fees for adults, youth, children, first responders and military, and special no-shirt options for certain groups.
Packet pick up is available before the event with an early pickup to be announced and with day-of-event packet pick up. Someone else may collect a packet with a copy of the registrant receipt. Registrations are final and registration fees do not count toward fundraising goals. Donations and team fundraising are supported and donations are accepted for six weeks after the event.
Course support includes water stations along the route and at the finish and an on-site emergency medical service team with radio communication. Strollers and wheelchairs are permitted and well behaved dogs on leash are allowed. Headphones are permitted at the participant’s risk.
