Resolution Run/Walk

Resolution Run/Walk is an event presented by Upstate Race Series on January 2, 2027 at Bridgeway Station, 1000 Via Corso Avenue, Simpsonville, SC 29681. Participants choose a timed window : three, six or nine hours : and run or walk as many laps as they wish on a scenic two-mile loop that returns near the start and parking every lap.

Lap counting and chip timing are provided. Runners receive a custom race bib, a finisher medal regardless of distance, live results, event photos, and additional event items such as a custom race tattoo, stickers, and themed giveaways. There is one aid station on the loop offering water, Coke, ginger ale, and assorted snacks; this is a cup-less event so participants should bring their own hydration vessel.

On race morning packet pickup takes place at the pavilion near Bridgeway Brewing Co. Free on-site parking is adjacent to the course and may be used as a personal pit area. Restrooms are available inside Bridgeway Station. There is no official gear check, but participants may set up a personal aid station near the driveway entrance.

The event includes a Holiday Leftover Banquet where attendees may bring a dish and container to take food home, a post-race hangout with music, and support for local nonprofits through the Upstate Giving Series. Dogs and headphones are permitted on course. Age group awards are given to the top three finishers in each of 15 age categories. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
