Resolution Run/Walk

Resolution Run/Walk is a self-timed loop event held at Bridgeway Station in Simpsonville, SC on January 2, 2027. Participants choose from timed options and complete laps on a scenic two-mile loop at their own pace.

The event offers these options:

Registration opens September 1, 2026. The first 100 participants receive custom race socks. Packet pickup is located at the pavilion in front of Bridgeway Brewing Co.

Event features and services include a personalized race bib, a finisher medal, event stickers, event-themed giveaways, a Wildly Charged hydration sample, complimentary race photos, music, and a post-race gathering. After the clock stops there is a community-style Holiday Leftover Banquet where participants bring their own container.

A lap tradition uses a personal mug and a stone for each completed lap. Laps are tallied through the registration file. The course aid station is on the two-mile loop and is stocked with pickles, cookies, chips, assorted candy, fig newtons, pretzels, plus hydration such as water, Coke, and ginger ale. This is a cup-less event, so participants are asked to bring their own vessel.

Donations through the Upstate Race Series support the Giving Series and 28 local non-profits. Personal tents or drop bags may be set up near the aid station, with a pack in pack out policy for the site. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
