Resolution Run 3, 6, 9 Hour Run/Walk

The Resolution Run/Walk is a timed festival of running, walking, and rolling held on January 2, 2027 at Bridgeway Station, 1000 Via Corso Avenue, Simpsonville, SC. Participants cover a scenic 2 mile loop and may complete as many laps as they wish during their event time.

Distances and formats offered:

3 hours on the 2 mile loop
6 hours on the 2 mile loop
9 hours on the 2 mile loop

The event includes a lap tradition using each participant's personal mug and a stone dropped into the mug for every completed lap. One aid station is located on the loop and operates as a cupless leftover table; participants may contribute food from the holiday season. The aid station also provides water, Coke, ginger ale, pickles, cookies, chips, pretzels, fig newtons, and assorted candy.

Logistics and amenities: packet pickup is at the pavilion in front of Bridgeway Brewing Co., parking is free and adjacent to the course, restrooms are available at Bridgeway Station, and dogs and headphones are permitted on course. Personal tents and drop bags may be set up near the aid station with a pack in and pack out policy. Race-day registration is available and others may not pick up a packet on a participant’s behalf.

All finishers receive a medal, event photos will be provided, and the first 100 registered participants receive custom race socks. Donations through the Upstate Race Series support a Giving Series and 28 local nonprofits. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
