Event information
The Gobbler 5K & 10K at Akron, PA is scheduled for November 14, 2026, at Loyd H Roland Memorial Park, 221 N 11th St, Akron, PA 17501. The event includes the following distances:

All participants must register on RunSignup; there is no on-site registration. Packet pickup opens 30 minutes before the race and closes 10 minutes before the race start. A course time limit of 2:00 hours applies. Finisher medals, a shirt and gear shop, and awards are part of the event program.
Course and facilities
The course is paved and configured as an out-and-back segment of 0.78 miles one way (1.56 miles round trip). The 5K completes that out-and-back twice; the 10K completes it four times.
