US Road Running - Manheim
The US Road Running event in Manheim, Pennsylvania, takes place at the Lancaster Junction Trail. Participants can choose between two race distances:
- 5K
- 10K
The course consists of a shaded route with a surface of compact gravel. Both races follow an out-and-back format. The specific loop for this event is 1.04 miles total. Runners participating in the 5K complete this out-and-back loop three times, while those in the 10K complete the loop six times.
There is a course time limit of 2 hours for all participants. Registration must be completed online in advance, as there is no option for on-site registration. Packet pickup is scheduled at the event location starting 30 minutes before the race begins. Restroom facilities are available in the parking lot. Finisher medals are awarded to participants who complete the course. Runners may also choose to participate in a best costume contest held at the start of the event.
