About the race
The Cajun Road Runners Triple Crown Challenge is a single registration that covers entry to three club races held in Lafayette, Louisiana between October 10 and December 12, 2026. The event base address is 500 Girard Park Dr, Lafayette, LA 70503.
Included races:
- Courir à la Musique : 8K at Festival Acadien et Créoles, Oct 10 2026
- Cajun Cup : 10K, Nov 14 2026
- Vermilion River Run : 10 Miler, Dec 12 2026
Registration opens March 9, 2026. Pricing is tiered: $140 through July 14, $155 from July 15 to August 18, and $175 from August 19 to October 10. Online registration closes October 10; in-person registration will be available at packet pick-up and on race mornings.
Participants who complete all three races receive a specially designed Triple Crown medal. Triple Crown entries also include the individual race items provided at each event. Club members receive a $10 discount. Packet pick-up will follow the Courir à la Musique 8K schedule; both race day and day-before pick-up options will be offered. Participants registered by August 30, 2026 are guaranteed the Courir à la Musique 8K shirt. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
