CajunMan Triathlon, Duathlon, Aquabike, Aquathlon & 5k Run
The event is a multi-discipline race at Lafayette Regional Airport and Airport Lake in Lafayette, LA. It includes triathlon formats (individual, relay team, Athena, Clydesdale, and beginner), duathlon, relay team duathlon, aquathlon, aquabike, and a 5K run/walk. Relay teams must have a minimum of two participants; one team member may complete two sports while the other completes the remaining sport.

- Swim - 1/2 mile or 400 m beginner
- Bike - 20 miles
- Run - 5K (3.1 miles)
Course and race rules
The swim is an open water swim in Airport Lake; swim caps will be provided and boats and other water safety support will be on the course. Wetsuit use is subject to USA Triathlon rules and the wetsuit decision will be made on race morning. The bike course is 20 miles with marked turns; the route was revised to avoid rough sections on Garber Rd. The 5K run starts and finishes near the transition area by Airport Lake and uses roads within the airport grounds. The run course is marked and staffed by volunteers. Aid stations will offer water and fluid replacement drinks.
The event is sanctioned by USA Triathlon; triathlon participants and relay members must hold a USAT license or purchase a one-day license for $15 (not required for the 5K).
