Seawolf Shuffle 5K Run/Walk
Healthier U organizes the Seawolf Shuffle 5K as a campus running event open to Stony Brook University faculty, staff, students, alumni and their families. Registration is not yet open; the organizer will notify interested participants when registration opens.
The event takes place at Stony Brook University, 100 Nicolls Rd., Stony Brook, NY. The course starts at the Stony Brook Union Patio, follows John S. Toll Drive and Circle Road, and finishes at the end of John S. Toll Drive at the Stony Brook Union Patio. All participants are required to stay on the sidewalks. Total course distance is 3.1 miles.

Amenities include medals for the first 300 finishers, live and text and email results, free finish line photos, and personalized bibs for registrations completed at least three weeks in advance. Awards list the top overall finishers in male, female, and mixed categories and offers prizes for youth participants.
The event is free for members of the Stony Brook University community. Donations to the Hardship Fund are accepted; the fund assists eligible faculty and staff who face a personal financial emergency. Bib pickup is handled by event staff starting one hour before the event; participants must know their bib number or use the self lookup area. Registrations completed within 24 hours of pickup can receive a bib number by text. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
