About the race
The Corporate Cup - Virtual Semaphore Region 2025 is a virtual-format series where participants complete onsite runs and submit GPS records. Rounds are held fortnightly on specified Thursdays; the scheduled round dates are August 13, August 27, September 10, September 24, October 8, October 22, and November 5. Activities must be completed anytime on each scheduled round date. Participants must record distance, time, and route using a GPS running app; physical timing tags will not be issued.
The designated track starting location is Semaphore Beach. A public toilet is available at Coppins St. Presentation day is to be confirmed. Available event options include: - Mini : 2.25 km - Corp : 4.5 km Category options specify how results are recorded and compared.
The Most Improved category requires establishing a base time in Round 1 and aiming to improve in subsequent rounds. The Fastest category focuses on aiming for the quickest time each round. The KM Tracker category allows participants to complete kilometres at any onsite location while using a GPS app to track their activity; this offers flexibility in where kilometres are completed. The event is managed by ACHPER SA.
