WHITE Coastal 2026
WHITE Coastal 2026 is a community running event at Grange Jetty Reserve in Grange, South Australia, held on 6 September 2026. The event is in its fifth year and replaced the earlier White Balloon Day Coastal series.
Distances offered:
- 7 km
- 14 km
- 21.1 km (half marathon)
The course uses an AIMS measured 7.0325 km segment configured as an out-and-back of 3.52 km each way between Grange and Henley Beach South. Race bibs and a finisher medal are included for all distances. A trophy is awarded to the runner or walker judged to best represent the RUN WHITE theme.
A virtual run option is available for the actual event day and may be completed at a location chosen by the participant. Virtual entries include a race bib and finisher medal which must be collected in person as items are not posted. Virtual participants must record their run on a tracking service showing elapsed or total time and submit the activity link or screenshot to coastalfunruns for inclusion in published results. Virtual runs have no cut-off time.
Part proceeds from the event go to ACRF to support efforts to end cancer. Organizers rely on volunteer assistance to run the event and provide check-in and race-day services. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
