TRSA Race #4 : Cleland National Park
This trail running event takes place at Cleland National Park on Mount Lofty Summit Road in Crafers, South Australia on 6 September 2026. The course uses a network of native bushland trails through woodlands, forests, perched swamps and creeks, with views across the Adelaide Hills. Wildlife commonly seen on the routes includes kangaroos and koalas.
Race features include drink stations with water and lollies, on-course nutrition, medals for placegetters, sponsor tents, and post-race food including chocolate brownies. Parking may be restricted depending on entry numbers; detailed parking instructions are provided in the race briefing. Course sweepers enforce cutoffs and all participants must remain ahead of them to avoid being recorded as not finished. Walkers may enter the short course only.
Distances and maps:
- 21 km long course (UTMB Index race and ITRA National Challenge event)
- 16 km medium course
- 9 km short course
- Kids cross-country about 1–1.5 km, free; sign up at the registration tent on the day
Other notes: runners must bring their own drinking container because no cups are supplied, and name-on-bib deadlines and entry cutoff rules apply. Routes and maps are subject to change. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
