September 2026
A 2 Mile non timed trail walk at Sprague Brook County Park, starting and finishing near the Warming Shelter on wide groomed trails and grass. Walkers join alongside the 5K with a $35 registration fee and ample free parking.
Walkers can choose the 5K option of 3.1 Miles along the West River path at Beaver Island State Park Lot #4 in Grand Island, NY, with waterfront views. The walk takes place alongside the running races.
Walkers follow the 5K route through historic Downtown Buffalo from Seneca One Tower while learning about the buildings. Walk up registration and packet pickup are available day of race; bring cash and an audio companion is provided.

A 3.1 Miles walk at Genesee County Park and Forest on wide single and double track trails through woods along a creek with rolling hills; rocks and roots clearly marked.
Walkers can choose the non timed 1 Mile Fun Walk or use the out and back 5K course, starting at Tuscarora Nation House. Free parking at Nation House and Tuscarora Elementary; packet pickup is inside, cash or check only.
Walkers do a 1.5 mile walk (1.55 mile loop) on the trolly path around Goat Island with start and finish near 3 Sisters Island by the falls. Packet pickup is at the large tent in the east parking lot and walkers line up at the back.
