The Buffalo Marathon Weekend takes place May 23 - May 24, 2026 in Buffalo, New York. The event marks the 25th anniversary in 2026 and includes multiple race options. The course is a Boston Marathon qualifier. The event base is the Buffalo Niagara Convention Center at 153 Franklin Street, Buffalo, NY 14202. Processing fees are being paid by the Buffalo Marathon.

Entry fees vary by event. Some community events state that 100% of proceeds benefit Buffalo General / GVI cardiac programs or benefit a children’s hospital. Registration changes such as deferrals, race transfers, and participant transfers close April 30, 2026. The organiser states there are no refunds.
Registration insurance is offered at 7.5% of the registration cost including processing fee (minimum $8.99) if purchased at the time of registration. Insurance benefits are underwritten by Jefferson Insurance Company and administered by AGA Service Company; terms and exclusions apply.
