Walkers use well maintained footpaths at Dare Valley Country Park, Aberdare, with a 3 km minimum and options 5 km and 10 km. Aid at each lap, toilets and free parking.
March 2027
Routes from Abergavenny or Llanthony Abbey run 10 miles to 20 miles over Sugar Loaf, Blorenge and Skirrid. Mountain checkpoints are marshalled and Platinum limited to 100.
May 2027
Walkers can choose 100 km (Talgarth to Abergavenny) or the 100 mile loop from Abergavenny on Welsh trails including Offa's Dyke and Beacons Way with aid stations.
Two walking options start in Trehafod: 26.5 mile (5,000 ft ascent) or 16 mile (2,900 ft ascent) across Rhondda hills with views of the Brecon Beacons.

Walkers can choose 2.5k, 5k, 10k or 15k laps in Cardiff on a 2.5k inflatable obstacle course with repeated obstacles, water midway, toilets and no timing.

Walkers pick 6 mile, 10 mile or 15 mile options in Cardiff and are dropped at an undisclosed location, then must navigate back to the event centre without maps or GPS; distances are as the crow flies.

Walkers can choose 64km or 32km routes from Talybont Reservoir Layby across the highest peaks in South Wales, self navigated or DS led, with water checkpoints.
