July 2026
London T100 Triathlon takes place 25 to 26 July 2026 at ExCeL London and offers multiple distances from Super Sprint to the 100km triathlon. Water temperature is 18 to 24°C with wetsuits mandatory and several races are sold out.
August 2026
A community duathlon on Hampstead Heath combining swims across the ponds and short runs, held on 30 August 2026. Individuals and teams of three to five can enter, and some proceeds support local breast cancer rehabilitation programmes.
October 2026
A swim and run event at London Aquatics Centre and Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park on 31 October 2026, featuring a 400 m pool swim and a measured 5 km park run, with chip timing, race photos and a themed medal.
