London T100 Triathlon - 25 to 26 July 2026
The London T100 Triathlon is a multi-race triathlon festival held at ExCeL London on 25 to 26 July 2026. The event offers several individual race distances and team relay options across a Docklands and a Westminster course.
Race distances
- 100km Triathlon: 2km swim, 80km bike, 18km run
- Olympic Docklands: 1.5km swim, 40km bike, 10km run
- Olympic Westminster: 1.5km swim, 40km bike, 10km run
- Sprint: 750m swim, 20km bike, 5km run
- Super Sprint: 400m swim, 10km bike, 2.5km run
Wetsuits are mandatory for the swim; average water temperature is listed as 18 to 24°C. Average air temperature is listed as 18 to 21°C. Team relay entries are available for the Olympic and Sprint distances, with teams of two or three athletes sharing the legs.
Entries for the 100km, Olympic Westminster and Sprint distances are sold out for 2026; limited entries remain for the Olympic Docklands race. The event includes closed-road racing and a participant pack described as a premium T100 swag pack. Entry refunds are available: 50% refund up to 90 days before race day and 25% refund until 30 days before race day. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
