London T100 Triathlon - 25-26 July 2026
The London T100 Triathlon is a multi-distance triathlon festival held in London on 25-26 July 2026, based at ExCeL London with race courses in the Docklands and a Westminster city-centre option. The event features closed-road racing and multiple race formats across two days.
Distances available include:
- 100km Triathlon - 2 km swim, 80 km bike, 18 km run
- Olympic Triathlon - 1.5 km swim, 40 km bike, 10 km run
- Olympic Docklands Triathlon - 1.5 km swim, 40 km bike, 10 km run
- Sprint Triathlon - 750 m swim, 20 km bike, 5 km run
- Super-Sprint Triathlon - 400 m swim, 10 km bike, 2.5 km run
Team relay options exist for the Olympic and Sprint distances. Entries for the 100km, Olympic Westminster and Sprint distances are sold out with a waitlist; limited entries remain for the Olympic Docklands race. The listed average water temperature is 18-24°C and wetsuits are mandatory; air temperature is listed at 18-21°C. Each T100 entry is eligible for a partial refund under the stated refund policy (50% refund 90 days ahead, 25% refund until 30 days out).
