London T100 Triathlon - 25 and 26 July 2026
The London T100 Triathlon is a multi-distance triathlon festival held in London across Docklands and city centre courses. Events take place around Excel London and feature city routes that pass landmarks such as Tower Bridge and the London Eye. Racing includes closed roads for some courses and a festival-style event area.
Swim activity is based in the Docklands area. Average water temperature is listed at 18 to 24°C and a wetsuit is mandatory. Listed air temperatures for the event are 18 to 21°C.
Distances on offer:
- 100km: 2 km swim, 80 km bike, 18 km run
- Olympic: 1.5 km swim, 40 km bike, 10 km run
- Olympic Docklands: 1.5 km swim, 40 km bike, 10 km run
- Sprint: 750 m swim, 20 km bike, 5 km run
- Super Sprint: 400 m swim, 10 km bike, 2.5 km run
Team relay entries are available for Olympic and Sprint races with teams of two or three athletes. Organisers state that entries for several distances have sold out for 2026 while limited places remain for the Olympic Docklands race. The event offers ten World Championship qualification slots per age group for 2026. The refund policy allows 50% refunds up to 90 days before race day and 25% refunds up to 30 days before race day.
