About the race
The Yuma Territorial Marathon and Half Marathon is scheduled for January 30, 2027, at Cocopah Resort and Casino in Somerton, Arizona. The event is organized by the Caballeros de Yuma and includes multiple race options on a certified course.

The marathon course is USATF certified and can be used to qualify for the Boston Marathon. The route is an out-and-back course with minimal elevation change; the field runs mostly on flat terrain, dropping about 74 feet near the start and returning up that same grade a few miles before the finish. Runners use the shoulder of a highway for portions of the course. Only registered participants are permitted on the course; bicycles, strollers, and unregistered runners are not allowed.
Logistics and race services include online and on-site registration, packet pickup on the day before the race and the morning of the event, timing chips, and an official technical fabric T-shirt for entrants. All finishers receive a finisher medal. Awards and cash prizes are given to the top three male and female finishers in the Marathon and Half Marathon.
