Hope Rescue Mission Patriot Run 5K
The Hope Rescue Mission Patriot Run 5K takes place on November 14, 2026 at Gring's Mill Recreation Center in Reading, PA. The event features a 5K course that is flat, fast, and wheel measured on a mostly shaded trail along a creek. Chip timing is used to provide instant results. Walkers are welcome. The event is held rain or shine and there are no refunds or mailed awards.
Awards are presented to the top three male and female finishers and to the top three in multiple age divisions, including 14 and under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80-89, and 90+. Mail-in registrations are not accepted; registration is handled online and closes at midnight the Wednesday before race day. Entry fees are $30 through October 18 and $35 through November 14. A race shirt is guaranteed for registrations through October 18; after that shirts are available while supplies last and the entry price will be reduced to $25 when shirts are gone.
