Feral Nonsense
Feral Nonsense is a trail race scheduled for November 14, 2026 in Harms Woods North, Morton Grove, IL. The event offers looped distances and takes place on trails that transition from gravel to single track.
Distances offered:

- 6 miles, 2 laps
- 9 miles, 3 laps
All distances start together. An aid station is available at the start of every lap to provide fuel and on-course support for each loop. Packet pickup is race morning only and is available in the hour before the race.
The event includes explicitly stated inclusion policies. Organizers provide a number of free entries for BIPOC and LGBTQ+ athletes while funding lasts; these entries are not need based and are distributed without public disclosure. The event accepts each entrant's declared gender at face value and does not require additional evidence. Organizers also aim to record and respect non-binary pronouns in registration records.
