Run Mag Mile Presented by HOKA is a road race held in Chicago on September 12, 2026. The event stages races that close Michigan Avenue - the Magnificent Mile - to traffic. The field includes thousands of runners. Distances offered:

Course, entertainment and event features

Runners pass city landmarks such as Tribune Tower, the Wrigley Building, and the Chicago Water Tower. The 10K course extends onto the Lakefront Trail and finishes in Grant Park. The course is USATF certified. On-course entertainment includes the Chicago Skyline all-women drumline and My 80’s Band. A post-race celebration features live music from The Divas, a post-race brunch with a slice of Eli’s Cheesecake, and complimentary alcoholic beverages for participants 21 and over. Registration includes an official Run Mag Mile jacket, a Chicago-themed finisher’s medal, and finisher photos. A virtual participation option is available.
