Discover the Greenway 5K+
The Discover the Greenway 5K+ takes place on Saturday, June 5, 2027, along the Wolf River Greenway at the Shady Grove Trailhead on Humphreys Boulevard in Memphis, TN. The course measures 3.5 miles and runs through restored habitats and wooded canopy maintained by the Wolf River Conservancy. The event supports the Wolf River Conservancy, which has a stated fundraising goal of $15,000.
The event includes competitive awards: Top 3 male and female overall, Top Masters male and female, and Top 3 male and female in age divisions ranging from 9 and under through 80 plus. Fundraising incentives are offered: the Top Fundraiser and Top Fundraising Team each earn a free paddle trip on the Wolf, a $100 fundraising level earns the event training t-shirt, $250 earns an exclusive WRC Drink a Beer Save River gift pack, and $500 or more earns two tickets to the 2026 Greenway Soiree.
