9/11 Heroes Run - Richmond, Virginia
The 9/11 Heroes Run takes place on September 26, 2026 at the Eanes-Pittman Public Safety Training Center, 6610 Public Safety Way, Chesterfield, VA 23832. The event welcomes runners, ruckers, and walkers of all ages and fitness levels to honor the heroes of 9/11 and those who have served the nation since.
Multiple divisions are offered, centered on 5K distances and a rucking division. Event options and registration details include paid and free entries: a 5K Run PUSHER division with a registration fee of $36 and registration open July 1 to August 31, 2026; a 5K Run RIDER Honor Bib division with no registration fee and registration open June 17 to September 26, 2026; a general 5K Run with a $36 fee and registration open June 17 to June 30, 2026; and a 5K Ruck with a $41 fee and registration open June 17 to June 30, 2026. A volunteer option is available with no fee and registration open July 16 to September 26, 2026.
