The event takes place at Midlothian Mines Park, 13301 N Woolridge Rd, Midlothian, VA 23114. The meeting point is at the Headstock next to Loch Lothian.

- 5K out and back repeated two times
- 10K out and back repeated four times
The course is based on a 0.78 mile segment. The out and back distance for that segment is 1.56 miles. The 5K follows the out and back two times and the 10K follows it four times.
All runners must register on RunSignup; there is no on site registration. Packet pickup is available shortly before the race and ends shortly before the race begins. A course time limit of 2:00 hours applies.
