The Big BO 50K
The Big BO 50K is the first annual ultramarathon event held on 10 October 2026 in Speedway, Indianapolis. The event base is Daredevil Brewing Co., 1151 N Main St., Indianapolis, IN 46224, United States. Races take place along the newly completed B&O Trail and traverse Marion and Hendricks counties.
The course follows the full length of the B&O Trail through urban and rural areas. The route heads east toward downtown Indianapolis for a few miles, then turns and continues into rural Hendricks County before returning to Speedway. The course is flat and follows the trail surface throughout the route.

- Registration opens 6 March 2026 for the 50K, 25K and 5K; the 10K registration opens 20 May 2026. All registrations close 31 May 2026.
- Fees at close of registration are listed as $75.00 for the 50K, $55.00 for the 25K, $35.00 for the 10K and $25.00 for the 5K.
