Savannah Ultra Urban 50k Run
The Savannah Ultra Urban 50k is a 50K self supported urban run in Savannah, GA, scheduled for November 28, 2026. The event is organized by Run 4 a Reason and is presented as a community style route through the city.
The run is free of entry fee and is capped at 25 participants. Registration closes on November 20, 2026. The course is changed each year so participants experience a different segment of Savannah on successive editions.
This event is self supported; the route passes grocery and convenience stores but on course supplies are not guaranteed. Participants are expected to carry sufficient fluids, gels, and fuel for the 50 kilometer distance.
Some sections of the course travel through busy parts of the city. Event guidance includes using sidewalks when available and running facing traffic where appropriate. Safety and mutual awareness among pace groups are emphasized.
