AHEPA Olympic 5K
The AHEPA Olympic 5K takes place on October 17, 2026 at Rockford Tower, Lookout Drive, Wilmington, DE. It is organized by the American Hellenic Educational Progressive Association Wilmington Chapter 95, with proceeds to benefit Odyssey Charter School. The event notes a theme of celebrating Hellenic ideals embodied in the Olympic spirit.
Distances offered include:
- 5K timed run or run and walk
- Competitive Walking 5K must walk entire race, no running
- 1 Mile non competitive walk
Listed registration for these events is $33.70. A student discount applies at checkout for participants 18 years and younger. Where pricing applies, shown amounts include mandatory charges and fees. Registrations are non refundable and bibs are non transferable.
Timing is electronic; R2R Timing will use the MYLAPS BibTag Timing System. Top finisher awards overall male and female and overall masters are scored by gun time, while all other age groups are scored by chip net time. Awards include top male and female, top male and female masters, top three male and female in multiple age groups, and top three male and female walkers. Results will be posted online and photos will be published after the event.
