Event Overview
The Run the Vineyards - William Heritage Labor Day 5K & 1 Mile Walk and 1 Mile Kids Race takes place on September 6, 2026 at William Heritage Winery in Mullica Hill, New Jersey. The event offers three timed race options.

Course and Timing
The scenic 5K course features vineyard trails with rolling hills. The 5K and 1 Mile Kids Run are chip-timed with instant results. The 1 Mile Walk and 1 Mile Kids Run share the same course. Water stations, supportive marshals, and post-race water and bananas are provided.
Awards
Awards are given for the 5K (top 3 male and female overall, plus age group winners) and the 1 Mile Kids Run (top 3 male and female winners in age categories 1-9, 10-12, and 13-14 years).
Post-Race Amenities
The event includes live music after the race until noon. A food truck serving wood-fired pizza will be on-site. Participants in the 5K and 1 Mile Walk (21+) receive a complimentary glass of wine (nonalcoholic options available) and a "Run the Vineyards" stemless wine glass. All participants receive a custom tech shirt. Kids in the 1 Mile race receive a finisher medal.
Logistics
The event is held rain or shine, with no refunds or deferrals. Packet pickup is on race day from 7:30 AM to 8:30 AM. Walkers are welcome in both the 1 Mile and 5K events. A one-hour time limit is in place for the 5K. Separate registration is required for each distance. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
