The Run the Vineyards - William Heritage Labor Day race is scheduled for Sunday, September 6, 2026, at William Heritage Winery in Mullica Hill, New Jersey. The event includes the following distances:
- 5K Run/Walk
- 1 Mile Walk
- 1 Mile Kids Run (ages 14 and under)
The charity partner is the HEADstrong Foundation.
Course, awards and amenities
The 5K is a scenic trail course mainly on manicured vineyard trails with rolling hills. The 5K and the Kids 1 Mile are chip-timed with instant results. Awards are given to top finishers: Top 3 male and female overall and age group awards for the 5K; Top 3 male and female for kids in age groups 1-9, 10-12, and 13-14 for the one-mile. The course has a water station and course marshals. Water and bananas are provided at the finish.
Included race items and onsite features: a custom tech shirt (various styles), a souvenir stemless wine glass, and a wine ticket for 5K and One Mile Walk bibs (age 21+ ID required). Kids receive a race bib, shirt, juice box, and finisher medal. Optional wine-stopper finisher medals are available for purchase. The event includes an onsite food truck and live music after the race. Races are held rain or shine; there are no refunds or deferrals. Packet pick up is available on race day at the Good Day for a Run tent behind the winery.
