Circle Endurance Event 3, 6, 12, 24 Hour

The Circle Endurance Event is a USATF sanctioned track endurance race at Ringgold High School in Ringgold, GA, organized by the Chattanooga Track Club. The event offers multiple timed options on a track where final results are based on laps completed.

Distances

• 3 Hour open to all ages; minors require a parent or legal guardian waiver
• 6 Hour for participants 18 years and older
• 12 Hour for participants 18 years and older
• 24 Hour for participants 18 years and older

Results are calculated by total laps; each completed lap counts as 0.25 miles. Track watches may show a higher distance than official lap scoring. Runners are responsible for their food and water; volunteers will staff an aid station with drinks and snacks. The event is cup free and participants must bring their own hydration systems. Littering on course may result in disqualification.

Crew members may assist runners from a designated infield area near the start line. Pacers are not allowed unless they are registered participants. Runners may set up a personal pit area and small tents are permitted but absolutely no tent stakes on the turf; weights are required.

Courtesy on the track requires single file running in the inside lanes and allowing others to pass. Awards include top three male and female in each distance, masters and grandmasters, plus special distance awards such as a 100 mile belt buckle for the 24 hour event. The event is part of the Chattanooga Ultra Championship series that combines mileage across three races. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
